Ok so here goes!

Women generally don't like discussing the weight topic and I, for one agree. Weight has always been a touchy subject for me. I've always been a chunk but when I got pregnant with my son I quit smoking and was depressed, so I gained over 100lbs. 

I never really weighed myself until I went to the DR. in January of 2011.
I weighed a pound or two shy of 300lbs. If only you could see emotions through the screen as I type this... I've maybe told a couple people how much I weighed but really I shouldn't ashamed right? They seen the physical signs! The DAY of my doctors visit, I started my weight loss journey. I quit drinking sodas and all drinks that are unhealthy for me, except for my energy drinks. I drink Powerade Zero's and water.  I try watching my portions, eating things that are healthy, calorie counting, and staying active with the kids.

My weigh in as of June 2011 I was 60+lbs lighter!

I went from wearing a size 23/24 pants to wearing a size 17/18 pants (which are starting to get saggy)
 Women's shirts - LOL what a joke.... I never could really find a Women's shirt that fit me unless it was an OLD frumpy looking thing. Now I can wear an XL/XXL in department stores - Name brand ones :)
Men's Shirts - I can wear L/XL
